Rancher sheds are buildings constructed with the tallest walls offered, ideal for shelving options or work benches. Our buildings come standard with 6’3” walls and an optional 93” wall. Wall studs & trusses come standard with 16” spacing of studs with finished inside corners.
Our sheds are BETTER from the ground up! We use notched pressure treated 4×6 runners with pressure treated 2×6 floor joists 16” on center, completing the platform includes 5/8 pressure treated flooring.
The roofing consists of 29 gage steel with a R3 rated moisture vapor barrier or 30-year architectural shingles.
Structures are Engineer Certified with structures surpassing the Virginia Snow 30 PSF and 90 MPH wind requirements by law.
